Description

METIUSCO Rosato Negroamaro Salento IGP – Vinicola Palamà: “Metiusco”, which means “I get intoxicated” in Griko, is the historic rosé from Vinicola Palamà and is considered one of the maximum expressions of **Negroamaro Rosé in Salento**. This wine is produced using the traditional **”Lacrima” method** or **”Saignée” (bleeding)**, utilizing only 30% of the free-run juice. The maturation takes place entirely in steel to preserve its freshness and fruity notes. It presents a **bright and clear cherry-pink color**, offering an intense bouquet of **black cherry, cherry, and strawberry**, along with **citrus and floral hints**. On the palate, it is **soft and very balanced**, thanks to the acidity that curbs the alcohol content. Fruity and pleasantly bitter on the finish.
