History and Winemaking
The grapes come from very old, traditional bush vines. Harvesting is manual and selective, with grapes placed in ventilated crates. After separate vinification, the blending (assemble) takes place. Maturation occurs for **9 months in medium-toasted French oak tonneaux**, which is essential for imparting the spicy notes. The wine completes its journey with **10 months of bottle aging**, achieving its equilibrium.
