History and Winemaking

Negroamaro grapes are harvested manually around mid-September. After soft crushing, the skins are left in contact with the must for approximately **6-7 hours**, the time needed to achieve the perfect rosé shade (cherry-red with coral reflections). Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature ($18-20^\circ\text{C}$). The wine then matures for about **3 months in steel**, a process that helps to enhance the fresh aromas and flavors.

Appearance: **Rosé color tending towards cherry-red** with coral reflections.

Nose: **Delicate bouquet tending towards fruity**.

Palate: **Dry, harmonious**, with a pleasant **slightly bitter finish** characteristic of Negroamaro. It has great body and excellent structure, with notable acidity and minerality that make it enjoyable and never tiring.
