History and Winemaking

“Tre Donzelle” is produced exclusively from Verdeca grapes harvested by hand in the second ten days of September. Vinification involves soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests for **3 months in steel** before final bottling.
