History and Winemaking
“Buccianera” represents a harmonious blend of the most characteristic grape varieties of the Brindisi area. Grapes are manually selected from **old vines** and harvested late. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15-20 days. This is followed by a rest and aging period of **4 months in 50 Hl French oak (Allier) conical vats**.
Organoleptic Profile
Appearance: Ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose: Intense, initially **floral**, then distinctly **spicy** and complex.
Palate: It expresses good **freshness** and a **tannicity** typical of Negroamaro and Susumaniello. It is complemented by a slight **savoriness**. It is balanced, intense, persistent, and fine, resulting in a full-bodied and quite harmonious wine.
